Reid Eugene Krantz, 61, passed away Sunday October 9, 2005. Reid was born in Minnesota and grew up there and in Athens, Ohio where he graduated from Ohio University and met and married his devoted wife, Mona. He lived the last 27 years in Cape Coral where he enjoyed working in real estate with his wife and the warm weather for trips to the beach and golfing. His fun loving sense of humor and positive attitude were appreciated by his friends and family.

Family was always first with Reid and he loved spending time and playing games with them. He was a good man and a great husband and father. He never missed a little league game or activity his sons were up to and his family always knew he was there for whatever life dealt.

Reid was the youngest of three sons to parents Lavern and Jean Krantz. He is survived by his wife Mona, sons Bryan and Kevin and two brothers Keith and Lory Krantz.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 at Cape Coral First United Methodist Church.
