She was born Nov. 11, 1943, in Athens, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman “Ed” Bandy; parents, Don “Si” and Gladys Gabriel; brothers, Donald and Gary.

She is survived by brother, Craig (Christine) Gabriel and his daughter Kayla; her three children, Sherrie (Carlos) Garcia, Richard (Angela) Frum and Duane Frum; 11 grandchildren, Nicholas, Marie, Monica, Stephanie, Daniel, Rachel, Haley, Marcus, Michael, Madison, and Matthew.
