School Story:

One funny story that I remember was the time that Dave Kantner and I built a model rocket and used aluminum for the body because it is so light and would go higher for a given amount of thrust. We had forgotten to look up the melting temperature of aluminum. When we lit the rocket's fuse the fuel ignited and the rocket just stood there and melted into a puddle of molten aluminum. Oh well, back to the drawing boards!

Hi, Pam! How are things in your neck of the woods these days? My wife and I just got back from a trip to Virginia and South Carolina. We stopped in Richmond and did some Civil War stuff (museums and battlefields) and then on to Hilton Head Island. Unfortunately, the weather was rather chilly in S.C.
